    Ticketing

    Ticketing Policy

To attend any additional programmes, meet & greets, etc produced by/hosted during our events, all ticket holders MUST have both a valid entry ticket as well as their respective ticket for the programme / meet & greet for admission.

This means that in order to attend a meet & greet at the show, you need an entry ticket first, not just the meet & greet ticket only.

    Age Restriction Policy

Children aged 6 and below (going by birth date, not by year) do not require a ticket to enter. Those aged 7 and above require a ticket for entry.

Children aged 12 years old and below must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18 for the duration of their time at the event.

We recommend attendees aged 13-17 have a parent or guardian close by for the duration of the event.

    Entry Ticket

Entry ticket wristbands can be picked up at any one of our Ticketing Counters onsite outside Suntec International Conventions & Exhibitions Centre, Level 4, Hall 403 beginning at 9.30AM on June 8 (Day 1). Doors only open at 11.30AM.

The Buyer can pick up all tickets in their order or each individual ticket holder can pick up their own ticket. You are required to present the order confirmation or mobile device showing the email confirmation in order to claim your wristband at any one of our ticketing counters.

    Meet & Greet Ticket

The Meet & Greet Ticket gives you a chance to meet & greet Anne Yatco for DDAM SG 2024 in June. It can be purchased directly from our Meet & Greet Ticketing Booth located at the Guest Autograph Zone, or purchased online on Eventbrite.

Please note that the Meet & Greet Ticket gives you a chance to meet Anne Yatco and does not include the cost of additional features such as autographs to bring home, requests for voice recordings, video recordings, selfies, funko pop signatures, or other exclusive meet & greet opportunities, which will be charged at her table individually.

Meet & Greet Tickets can be purchased via the following methods:

    1. Via PayNow QR Code at the Meet & Greet Ticketing Booth.
    2. Via Eventbrite as an Online Ticket. Eventbrite Meet & Greet Tickets will be available for purchase throughout the entire event. To redeem Online Tickets purchased via Eventbrite, please flash your confirmation email for our staff to scan & verify.

The Meet & Greet will have a virtual queue, which can be joined via scanning a QR code that our staff will show you at the Meet & Greet Ticketing Counter.

It is recommended that you redeem your Meet & Greet Ticket early, and also join the virtual queue early, so you get a chance to meet & greet the guest. Our staff reserves the right to stop Meet & Greet Ticket sales at any time so we can make sure that the queue can be cleared by the end of the day. Our guest(s) also reserve the right to take breaks or leave early should they run out of stock.

For those who purchased a Meet & Greet Ticket but did not get a chance to meet the guest(s) because they did not or cannot finish their queue, and you were at the end of that queue, a full refund is available upon request at our Meet & Greet Ticketing Counter or Reception Counter.

For those who purchased a Meet & Greet Ticket & joined the Virtual Queue, but when your turn for the Meet & Greet arrived and you do not arrive within 5 minutes, your turn will be skipped over and the next person in line will be sent in. In this scenario, your ticket will not be refunded if the guest(s) leave before you return to the queue. To return to the queue, please speak to our Ticketmaster at the Meet & Greet Ticketing Counter.

    Auction House Ticket

Please see the ‘Auction House’ Section.

    Cancellation Policy

By registering for a ticket, you agree not to sell, trade, transfer, or share your promotional code, email confirmation, or ticket. If DOKI! DOKI! Events determines in its sole discretion that you have violated any of its policies, we will cancel your ticket(s) and keep any money paid by you. Confirmations and/or tickets that have been sold or provided by anyone other than us will not be honoured unless the tickets are given as part of a sponsorship or collaboration program that has been signed with us beforehand.

    Refund & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. No refunds will be given for missed programmes, shows, or meet & greets. Please see Door Open and Close Policy.

    Lost/Stolen Tickets

The ticket purchaser is solely responsible for the tickets purchased. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or refunded.

    Auction House

    Auction Room

Our Auction House is an online auction house. All auction bids are to be placed online. The Auction Room is found on our Official Discord Server, as shown below with the bell icon. When an auction is live, ticket-holders can type their bids into the auction room chat.

    Auction Room Location

    Auction Lineup

The full auction lineup can be found under our Auction House category on our official Discord Server. In the image above, it is the chatroom indicated with the star icon.

    Auction House Booth

The Auction House Booth can be found on-site at the event. Our Auctionmaster(s) will be stationed there to guide you on how to participate in auctions, help to clarify the rules & guidelines, and also process new tickets.

The items on auction for the day will also be displayed at the Auction House Booth for viewing before and during auctions. In order to participate in an auction or multiple auctions, attendees are required to purchase an Auction House Ticket.

    Auction House Ticket

The Auction House Ticket can only be purchased as an Online Ticket under our Eventbrite ticketing page. Cash or any other form of payment is not accepted at our Auction House Booth by our Auctionmaster(s).

There are two types of Auction House Tickets: one for Saturday, and one for Sunday.

Buying a Saturday Auction House Ticket will let you participate in ALL the auctions that are scheduled for Saturday, but you cannot bid for auctions that are scheduled to take place on Sunday. You are able to buy both tickets in order to bid on both days. You do not need to buy the same day ticket twice to bid in multiple auctions on the same day.

In order to receive your Auction Bidder Role(s) on our Discord Server immediately (which lets you type your bid into the Auction Room), please queue at the Auction House Booth to have our Auctionmaster(s) update it on the spot.

We strongly recommend purchasing the Auction Ticket(s) before the convention begins so your ticket will be processed in time before the auctions begin.

    Auction House Ticket Processing Time

Please note that we are NOT liable for missed chances to bid or win auctions arising from late purchase.

This is because each ticket is hand-processed by our Auctionmaster(s) and thus each ticket has a manual processing time. Once a ticket is purchased, a reasonable amount of time is required for our staff to add the ticket-holder’s name to the list of people who are able to type into the Auction Room when the auctions begin.

Therefore, if your Auction Ticket is bought within a short time frame before an auction begins, we are not liable for not being able to process your ticket in time for the auction.

We strongly recommend purchasing your ticket at least a week before the event.

    Participation Requirements

You are required to create an account on the Discord app, and then join our official Discord Server to gain access to the Auction Room. Please follow the steps below to participate in the Auction House (these are also available on-site and on our Discord Server should you need a refresher):

    1. Get the Auction House Ticket online at https://ddam2024.eventbrite.sg/
    2. Wait for our Auctionmaster(s) to add you to the @『 2024 AUCTION BIDDER | SATURDAY 』 and/or @『 2024 AUCTION BIDDER | SUNDAY 』 Role.
    3. You can then send messages to bid in the ⊰🔔⊱┆auction-room only when auctions are live.

    Auction Periods

Please note that you can only type your bids in the Auction Room when auctions are live. Our Auctionmaster(s) will only open the Auction Room during auction periods. Outside of auction periods, ticket-holders cannot type in the Auction Room.

    Auction House Rules

The Auction House rules will be available in hardcopy at our Auction House Booth if you require a refresher during the event. It is also available in our Discord Server.

    1. You must have already bought the auction house ticket at https://ddam2024.eventbrite.sg/.
    2. Make sure you can pay either via Paynow, Paylah, or Cash if you are successful in bidding.
    3. Make sure you can reach the Auction House Booth inside the hall physically within 30 minutes of successfully bidding for the artwork to pay for and collect it.
    4. Failure to commit to a successful bid will result in a blacklist from the Auction House for the duration of the current event and also the following year's event.
    5. It is not necessary to write the "$" dollar sign in your bid. Just writing "50" will be counted as a valid $50 SGD bid.
    6. If the highest bidder fails to pay and collect the artwork within 30 minutes of their successful bid, we will contact the second highest bidder.

    Further Questions

Still need help? Our Auctionmaster(s) will be stationed at our Auction House Booth at the event and they will be able to take your questions. If you would like to inquire further before the event begins, please email dokidokiauctionhouse@gmail.com for any questions related to the Auction House.

    Entry

    Wristband Policy

All wristbands are to be worn on the wrist tightly before entry into the exhibition area. Entry will be refused if wristbands are not worn before entry. Entry will also be refused if wristbands are worn loosely and can be slipped off easily. We advise that when you are issued a wristband, please refrain from tampering, in any fashion, with your wristband or you may be denied entry.

    Re-Entry Policy

Re-entry is free. You may leave the Event hall and enter again at any time. Please note that the wrist bands cannot be reused if you remove them and no replacements will be given.

    Order of Entry

When the hall opens for entry, there is no specific order of entry in which we will allow attendees to enter. It will be according to the physical queue that arrives on the day itself starting from our ticketing counters. Our staff reserves the right to decide where the queue begins.

    Door Open & Close Policy

Once doors close, no late arrivals will be admitted. No refunds or exchanges will be given for a missed show / programme / meet & greet / event.

    Safety

    Cosplay General Guidelines

    1. There are no restrictions on the genre of costumes that can be present in the event area.
    2. If the attendee’s costume is military, para-military, or law-enforcement themed, we ask that they remain mindful at all times on how the public may perceive your costume when you are wearing them. Please make an indication or feature on the costume that would indicate that it is a costume and not a real uniform. This also applies to any costumes that are from, but not limited to, anime, games and manga.
    3. If the attendee’s costume consists of a feature that conceals facial features, they may be asked to remove the feature at any time. This includes, but not limited to, masks, helmets and bandanas.
    4. If the attendee’s costume is out-sized or has features that protrude out, we ask the attendees to be aware while walking around and to avoid hitting other attendees.
    5. The event staff reserves the right to ask any attendee to leave the event area or request the attendee to change out of costumes that are deemed inappropriate (but not limited to), e.g. indecent exposure (public exposure of genitalia, buttocks or breasts), outrage of modesty, make cause for public alarm (for example, terrorist wearing a suicide vest), etc.
    6. Attendees should not engage in poses that are sexually suggestive or make cause for public alarm.

    Prop / Replica Weapons Policy

    1. No real weapons are allowed.
    2. If attendees are bringing any replica weapons to the event, we ask that they remain mindful and transport them to and from the event in a covered bag, e.g. rifle bag for replica firearms or cloth sheath for swords. Only take them out once you are in the event area.
    3. Anything that is able to discharge a projectile should be made safe. This include functional bows and crossbows with tensioned strings. Nerf guns should be unloaded and/or batteries removed.
    4. Replica edged weapons (e.g. swords, daggers, thrown weapons) made of metal, of any length, are not allowed at the event, even if the cutting edges are blunt.
    5. All replica firearms are required to have their muzzle tips coloured in orange.
    6. Spot checks of replica weapons will be made and cleared weapons will be marked with a coloured cable tie specific for each day.
    7. When walking around with replica weapons, please do not carry them in an aggressive manner, e.g. shouldering rifles, fingers inside trigger guards, swords raised, etc. If possible, carry firearms with your fingers away from the trigger and pointed downwards, and weapons sheathed.
    8. If attendees wish to present their weapon aggressively, we ask that they only do so when posing for a photo.
    9. When attendees are leaving the event area, they are reminded to keep the replica weapons for transport. Do not carry weapons outside of the event area openly to avoid alarming the public.

    Bag Checks

    1. Bag checks will be conducted when entering the Exhibition area. There will be counters at the entrance for checks to be conducted. For faster clearance, have your bags opened and ready to be checked before it is your turn. Any bag larger than a shoe bag (dimensions of 35 cm x 20 cm by 20cm) will have to be opened up and checked visually.
    2. If attendees do not have anything larger than a shoe bag, they may go through the express lane. Visual inspections of the contents will still be made for any bag carried in the express lane.
    3. The event staff reserves the right to have you moved to the bag queue for checks at their discretion.
    4. At no time should any bag be left unattended. At all times, there should be another attendee looking after the bag.
    5. The event staff reserve the right to remove any attendees’ bags left unattended within the event halls. Any bags still in the possession of the event staff at the end of the event will be disposed of.

    Harassment Policy

Any form of harassment by any attendee will not be tolerated. This includes verbal, sexual, physical and psychological abuse. Any attendee who thinks that they or anyone is the victim of such harassment should approach the event staff or notify the authorities.
